Delivery Coverage Area

Currently, Biponi Mart provides emergency delivery services exclusively within the Dhaka city area. We are working to expand our reach soon, but for now, our operations are optimized for fast, safe, and efficient delivery within Dhaka’s metropolitan areas.

If you are located outside Dhaka and would like to inquire about a special arrangement or delivery to your area, please contact our customer support team directly.

24/7 Free Delivery Service

We offer round-the-clock delivery, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. 

Delivery Fee:

  • Inside Dhaka city: Free delivery for all orders, regardless of time or product type.
  • Emergency Delivery (within 12 hours): Also free of charge, subject to product availability and traffic conditions.

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver all products as quickly as possible, keeping your health and safety as our top priority.

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 6 hours within Dhaka city.
  • Express Delivery (for emergency needs): 12-24 hours, depending on location and availability.

Note: Delivery time may vary slightly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, and unexpected emergencies.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed anytime are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to stock availability. For late-night orders (after 11:00 PM), we still deliver, but in rare cases, non-emergency deliveries may be deferred to the next morning unless otherwise requested.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation call or message from our delivery team.
  • Our team may verify your address and delivery instructions.
  • Customers will receive real-time delivery updates via phone or SMS (tracking link support coming soon).

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable:

  • We will attempt to contact you again within the next 24hours.
  • The order will be rescheduled for a suitable time on the same or the following day.
  • We may hold the product for up to 24 hours before canceling, unless otherwise instructed.

Product Inspection on Delivery

We encourage customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Our team is instructed to wait while you:

  • Check for product integrity.
  • Test basic functionality (if applicable).
  • Confirm you’ve received the correct item(s).

If something is not right, please inform our delivery personnel immediately. For issues discovered later, contact us within 24 hours for a swift resolution.
